Fractionista is an algorithmic matching platform — you post your role, our system surfaces the right leaders based on your criteria, and you make direct contact. No commissions, no waiting for shortlists, no middlemen in your conversation with the candidate.
For companies in our founding phase, posting a role is free. We’re focused on building the right network on both sides before we introduce any pricing. When pricing is introduced, it will be transparent and posted on the platform — you’ll never be surprised by a fee. We don’t take a cut of the contract between you and the leader; that relationship is yours.
Every leader on the platform is verified before joining. We focus on senior operators with proven track records — typically 15+ years of experience, real C-level history, and often founder or exit experience themselves. We don’t accept generalist consultants, junior advisors, or anonymous profiles. If a leader joins our network, they’ve earned their seat.
It depends on how specific your needs are and how active the leaders matching your criteria are at the moment. For common roles (Fractional CFO, CMO, COO) in major European markets, you can typically expect first matches within days. For more specialized profiles or niche industries, it may take longer — but we’ll be transparent with you about what’s realistic before you commit time to the process.
You contact each other directly through the platform and take it from there. Contract terms, scope, hours, compensation, NDAs, and start date are all negotiated between you and the leader — we don’t insert ourselves into that conversation. Most engagements run on a monthly retainer, but the structure is entirely yours to define. If something doesn’t work out, you can come back to the platform and start a new search at any time.
